The booking of morning tea is also booming. Many restaurants have launched two rounds of morning tea reception, and the booking volume has increased significantly compared with last year. The heads of a number of catering enterprises said that the citizens’ willingness to go out for consumption has increased significantly this year, and the next Valentine’s Day, People’s Day and Lantern Festival are expected to become the peak nodes of passenger flow. It is expected that this wave of catering consumption will last until the end of February.

  The catering industry entered the peak season early

  The reporter visited and learned that since December last year, the catering industry in our city has gradually entered the peak season of consumption. To this end, many restaurants have launched special Spring Festival activities and new Spring Festival menus, and the annual meeting of enterprises, reunion dinner and New Year’s Eve dinner are hot.

  On New Year’s Eve, the reporter came to Happy Day Restaurant in Pengjiang District to see that the business in the store was booming and the hall and private rooms were full. "Recently, until the sixth day of the first month, the private rooms were fully booked. Especially on New Year’s Eve, more than 80 tables in the store’s rooms and halls were also snapped up two months in advance, and some private rooms also added a second round of dining time. Due to the large amount of meals and concentrated time, all our employees also suspended their vacations, helping guests to book dishes and prepare ingredients one day in advance. " Chen Xueling, the person in charge of the restaurant, told reporters.

  Chen Xueling introduced that this year’s Spring Festival catering consumption peak season came earlier. Since December last year, the demand for corporate annual meetings and group building dinners has increased, and 10 seats were offered in the store to get one free. At the peak in January, eight corporate annual meetings were held in the store one day. Since February 2, the group building has come to an end, and the number of guests who get together with relatives and friends, have a group dinner and have a New Year’s Eve dinner has increased significantly.

  "After New Year’s Day this year, the hotel ushered in the upsurge of holding annual meetings for enterprises. On January 26 and 27, all the halls were fully booked, with the highest peak on January 27, and 7 events were held in one day, with more than 120 seats. In February, it was mainly family dinners. From February 6 th to 9 th, 27 private rooms were fully booked one month in advance. " Mr. Cai, the person in charge of Ligong International Hotel, introduced.

  Due to the tight reservation of private rooms, popular catering enterprises such as Liangqing Restaurant, Happy Day Restaurant and Ligong International Hotel have also introduced take-away potted dishes, with prices ranging from 600 yuan to 2,000 yuan. "For consumers who don’t want to cook hard, potted vegetables are a good choice, simple and rich, and the family sits around and eats potted vegetables, which is very Chinese New Year atmosphere." Chen Ling told reporters that at present, the store has received more than 80 orders for potted vegetables.

  As a necessary program for Cantonese people to celebrate the New Year, the booking of morning tea is also booming. Recently, the reporter called many restaurants in the city and learned that in order to cope with the peak passenger flow, many restaurants have launched two rounds of dining time reservation, the first round is basically from 8 am to 11 am, and the second round is from 11 am to 2 pm. At present, from the first day of the first month to the third day of the first month, many restaurants are almost fully booked.

  Some restaurants don’t close during the Spring Festival.

  On New Year’s Eve, everyone sat around the kang and chatted. The pot next to the dining table was stewed with Northeast Goose, which gave off a fragrance. This scene with full flavor and Northeast characteristics appeared in the private room of the drunken Northeast Pot-stewed (Yijingwan Store) in Pengjiang District.

  "Half a month ago, guests began to book private rooms, some of them were fellow villagers in the northeast, and some were southern consumers who wanted to experience the characteristics of the northeast." Dong Limei, the person in charge of the store, told the reporter that there are 6 private rooms in the store, which are basically fully booked from the 26th day of the twelfth lunar month to the 6th day of the first month, especially the private room with kang, which is very popular. Everyone likes to sit on the kang and take photos and punch in. In addition, the lobby is also a constant source of tourists, and it is turned over two or three times a night. Dong Limei said that more than 20 employees in Northeast China who were drunk in three stores this year did not go back to their hometown for the New Year to fully protect the Spring Festival stalls.

  Recently, the reporter walked into Pengjiang District to add a bowl of Edong local restaurant and saw that each table was hung with a special hanging pot. The pot was steaming, the aroma was overflowing, the bottom of the pot was warmed by fire, and the diners sat around and chatted, which was both warm and warm. Chloe Wang, the person in charge of the store, told the reporter that this dish is called Dabie Mountain Luotian Hanging Pot, which is an intangible cultural heritage of Hubei Province. In order to welcome the Spring Festival dining peak, Chloe Wang asked his relatives in his hometown to help prepare traditional Chinese New Year food such as zanba and bacon one month in advance, so that villagers could have an authentic reunion dinner in Jiangmen. "From the 24th of the twelfth lunar month, the private rooms at noon and evening are almost fully booked. Some of them are that after the factory has a holiday in advance, everyone will get together with friends and colleagues before returning home. Some of them don’t go back to their hometown for the New Year, and booked a room on New Year’s Eve to celebrate the New Year with their families. " Chloe Wang said.

  Chloe Wang said that after New Year’s Eve, there are reservations in the store on the third and fourth day of the first month, and it is expected that this wave of catering consumption will last until the end of February. "From the ninth day of the first month to the Lantern Festival, as people return to Jiangmen one after another, everyone usually eats a lucky New Year’s meal or a start-up meal, and there will be a wave of booking peaks."
