The old story of bilibili online celebrity in the online shop: I uploaded a video to publicly teach people to exploit loopholes and make profits.

Orders, complaints, claims, profits, 26 yuan bought two tons of navel oranges, and a online celebrity blogger called on fans to "smash" orders of nearly 7 million yuan in a short time, which was suspected of smashing the fruit online shop "Guo Xiaoyun".

A few days ago, the online celebrity was exposed to more black history.

The Paper (www.thepaper.cn) noticed that a-(UID: 755875), a netizen involved and a blogger in online celebrity, bilibili, had published several videos to openly teach netizens to exploit loopholes, and bonus hunter benefited. At present, the blogger’s account has been banned by bilibili.

Some netizens said that the bonus hunter Party led by passer-by A- had "smashed" other businesses besides the online shop of fruit grower Guo Xiaoyun. For example, it has released videos such as 0 yuan buying 83 Burger King hamburgers, 9.9 yuan buying 30 ziqi Muslim meat muffins, 0.18 yuan buying 46.9 yuan imported fruit cereal from Jason, and 0.1 yuan buying 119 yuan lipsticks from flower fans. The above video contents are all for blogger passerby A- guiding fans to exploit loopholes in the merchant platform for profit.

The video of "0 yuan buys 83 Burger King Burgers" shows that blogger Passerby A- exploited the "loophole" of Alipay members’ redemption activities without limiting the number of redemptions, and Passerby A- sent the news to fans for profit, redeeming many times a day.

In this regard, some netizens commented that the activities can be properly participated, and don’t "kill" each other at once.

In addition to winning the burger king, they also won the McDonald’s. Blogger passer-by A- after seeing a McDonald’s free redemption activity, he changed his number and sent pictures at will during the activity, waiting for the redemption code. Within an hour, it means waiting for dozens of McDonald’s redemption codes.

The Paper noticed that the "bonus hunter" video released by Passerby A- didn’t mention specific merchant stores, but needed fans to introduce and guide and issue coupons after joining the group.

The Paper previously reported that recently, the Tmall store "Guo Xiaoyun Flagship Store" mistakenly wrote 4,500g navel orange from 26 yuan into 4,500kg due to operational errors, and was ordered by the "Wool Party" for nearly 7 million yuan in a short time, which led to the store’s closure and an apology letter "kneeling down" for mercy.

Bilibili official Weibo released a message at 15: 46 on November 7th, saying that bilibili user "Passerby A-"(UID: 755875), after seeing the news that "26 yuan bought two tons of navel oranges", led fans to take advantage of the price loopholes of the merchants to make profits, which led to the direct closure of the store. After the incident, the website contacted the user himself to verify the relevant situation. The user himself admitted his wrong behavior, deeply reflected on the matter and apologized, and promised to make up for his mistakes. In addition, the user should be responsible for the social impact caused by his words and deeds, so his account in the station will be banned until he properly handles this incident.

Weibo, the official Taobao, also responded that Taobao had "protected" the store to avoid further losses after discovering the abnormal situation. And appealed to the buyers who placed the order to understand the difficulties of the store. "It is really unreasonable for 26 yuan to buy two tons of navel oranges. After all, there is no place to put them aside.".

Earlier, Bai Xiangfei, a lawyer of Shanghai Hanshang Law Firm, told The Paper that "bonus hunter" behavior is not illegal in general, but it is immoral. To some extent, it violates the principle of good faith in the theory of Civil Law, but it is difficult to hold accountable. However, if the "Wool Party" maliciously registers a large number of accounts and swipes them to "bonus hunter" by taking advantage of business mistakes or platform loopholes, it may be suspected of infringing citizens’ personal information and fraud. If there is deliberate speculation, it may be suspected of false propaganda; In the process of "bonus hunter", it may be suspected of fraud if there is a single bill, a false transaction and a subsidy for defrauding the platform.
