In order to fully promote college graduates’ employment and entrepreneurship with higher quality, the city recently launched a special action of visiting enterprises by college secretaries and principals to promote employment. On May 26th-27th, Chen Zhijun, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Chongqing Normal University, led a team to Yongchuan, signed an agreement with the district to build eight practice and employment bases, creating a good situation of mutual benefit and win-win.

During this period, Chen Zhijun and his party went deep into the fields of big data, education, cultural tourism and medical care, and conducted in-depth exchanges with relevant departments and enterprises. In this activity, the government, school and enterprise reached a number of multi-form, multi-level and multi-directional cooperation results on practical teaching, scientific research and achievements transformation, collaborative innovation, internship and employment, teacher training, and community activities. The Academic Affairs Office, Recruitment Office, School of Education Science, School of Geography and Tourism, School of Computer and Information, School of Journalism and Media, and Academy of Fine Arts of Normal University are the same as Yongchuan Middle School, Xinglong Lake Primary School, Big Data Industrial Park, Maternal and Child Health Hospital, and Tea School respectively.
During the event, Chongqing Yungu Yongchuan Big Data Industrial Park also held a "Surfing the Waves and Running Forever" double election meeting, which was attended by nearly 300 fresh graduates from Chongqing Normal University and Chongqing City Institute of Technology. The park provided 955 jobs for students to choose from.
It is reported that the Big Data Industrial Park has introduced 434 digital enterprises such as Zhongguancun Zhiku, Alibaba, Baidu Zhixing, China Putian, Renmin University Culture and Science Park, iFLYTEK Western Big Data Talent Education Base, Dawa Big Data Advanced Imaging Center, etc. In 2021, the output value reached 32.6 billion yuan, and the number of employees exceeded 19,000. It is the largest single big data industrial park in Chongqing, and has been successfully approved as the national small and micro enterprise entrepreneurship innovation demonstration base, Chongqing Big Data Industrial Park, China most dynamic software park and Chongqing cultural industry demonstration park.
Relying on the Western Vocational Education Base and Chongqing Big Data Industry Talent Alliance, the park also cooperated with 120 universities in Chengdu and Chongqing, Hubei and Guangxi to cultivate and reserve 32,000 digital industry talents. Innovate and build a "five-in-one" talent cultivation and retention model, that is, the cooperation and sharing of bases and alliances, the integration of talent training and talent certification, the integration of internship and employment tracking management, the integration of industrial achievements and teaching and research achievements, and the integration of competition selection and competition promotion, so as to smooth the "last mile of employment". In 2021, we jointly launched the service brand of "Chongqing Yungu Data Engineer" with China Federation of Industrial Economics, which was awarded as a national typical industrial economic service brand and included in the first batch of key training service brands in Chongqing. To undertake the research on the pilot project of vocational education teachers’ practice mobile station of the Ministry of Education, and as the only park station, it was selected as the first batch of pilot construction units of mobile stations in China. The park has also been approved as Chongqing Digital Economy Talent Training Base, Chongqing Software Talent Practice Training Base, Chongqing Software Public Service Platform and Yongchuan "More Sufficient and Higher Quality" Employment Base.
In the next step, Yongchuan District will continue to fully implement the strategy of strengthening the city with talents of the Municipal Party Committee, vigorously implement the strategy of strengthening the city with talents, speed up the pace of talent gathering, optimize the ecology of talent development, promote industrial innovation and upgrading, speed up the construction of a digital industrial base in the west, further strengthen in-depth cooperation with Heavy Normal University in the fields of "meta-universe" and "digital cultural creation", discuss the training plan for growing talents, jointly cultivate future industrial talents, and strive to create jobs for more than 500 people every year to help Yongchuan build into Chongqing.
